Rebeca is a certified Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama teacher based out of New York City. Born and raised in Mexico, Rebeca has traveled and lived all over the world. A dedicated and passionate practitioner, she always takes her practice wherever she goes. Over the years she’s deepened her studies in Yoga and other philosophies, incorporating other fields of knowledge into her practice such as the study of the Subconscious Mind. Rebeca understands the workings of subtle energies in the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of human beings. She believes that doshas can be balanced by the correct use of mental power. A tridoshic woman herself, she is fully aware of how all 3 doshas manifest in one person and she can help you find balance in yourself by accessing your mental potential through meditation.
